Summary: Great location. Small room but adequate and a nice sized king mattress that two people can share. Solid breakfast. Accomodating and responsive front desk.

Summary: I’m torn on leaving 4* and not 5*, as the stay was really good; really friendly and helpful staff, clean and pretty hotel with a generous breakfast and helpful parking. The only issue is the hotel’s sound proofing and being located on the same street as a bus station. It means that without fail you will wake up when the first buses of the day travel down the street, which was usually 6am. Perhaps this is avoiding if you’re not facing the road, but we were and so it was a shame to be woken up every morning. Outside of that, everything was really good.

Summary: So … how can I say the rooms are small and the walls are paper thin you can hear the people next door. It was very noisy. We got the moans at 10 at 1:30 and at 6:30 the bed was banging against the wall, we did not appreciate … Didn’t sleep much We did appreciate the breakfast and the older guy who prepared delicious eggs for us. He was the only highlight of our stay.

Summary: Very nice hotel with very friendly staff. We stayed in a room with a great view of villarica volcano. Also only a short walk to restaurants and shops. Hotel were able to provide gluten free breakfast.
